Upload failed due to type
Use one of: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, AVIF, TIFF. Convert HEIC/HEIF to JPEG if needed.

Keep under 10MB and below 8,192×8,192 pixels.
Pages out of order
We try to auto‑order pages from the text; if results still look mixed, upload in the intended sequence and keep pages distinct.
Does retry happen automatically?
Yes. We retry up to 3 times with backoff starting at 1000ms on transient errors.
I see an unsupported characters error
Some handwriting fonts do not include every symbol or emoji. Replace special symbols with plain letters or numbers, or remove emojis, then export again.
We delete uploaded images after processing.
