What size and dimensions are allowed?
Up to 10MB and 8,192×8,192 pixels per image. We may shrink very large photos to up to 2,048 pixels to speed things up.
How many images can I upload at once?
Up to 12 photos at once.
Any capture tips?
Good light, no glare, fill the frame, avoid skew. Printed, high‑contrast text works best.
Can I upload PDFs?
No. Please export a page as an image (JPEG/PNG) or take a clear photo.
My phone saves HEIC; how do I convert to JPEG?
On iPhone: Photos → Share → Save as JPEG. On Android/Windows: use “Export” or “Save As” to JPEG in your gallery/photos app.
We delete uploaded images after processing.
